Stanmore tube station is a London Underground station at Stanmore. It is the western terminus of the Jubilee Line, the previous station is Canons Park. It is in Travelcard Zone 5. It was opened on December 10, 1932, as the terminus of a self-titled branch of the Metropolitan Line. This branch was transferred to the Bakerloo Line in 1939 and again to the Jubilee Line in 1979.
