Seven Sisters station in Tottenham was named after a group of trees in the locality. Originally a station on the Stoke Newington & Edmonton Railway it opened on 22 July 1872. Seven Sisters lies between Tottenham Hale and Finsbury Park on the Victoria Line and between Bruce Grove and Stamford Hill on the National Rail Line operated by one.from Liverpool Street Station. There is also a link via South Tottenham to Stratford. Seven Sisters is in Travelcard Zone 3.
